Campaign Update
This morning, Wednesday, March 11, the Houston City Council approved an ordinance that will allow Trinity Lutheran Church to purchase portions of Hickory Street and Morin Place, clearing the way for our new children's center.  This is the final major hurdle to overcome before actual construction can begin.  What remains is minor in comparison.

Yesterday, Pastor Michael Dorn, with several members and friends of Trinity, including many school students, addressed the Houston City Council.  Following Dorn's comments, Council Member Sue Lovell expressed her gratitude towards Trinity as her son is a former student of Trinity.Trinity is deeply grateful to Mayor Bill White and the Houston City Council for their decision to pass this ordinance.  Special thanks to Council Member Lovell for her assistance throughout this process and her kind words about Trinity and its ministries.  We miss you and your son. Remember, once a Trinity Tiger, always a Trinity Tiger.

If you wish to express your gratitude to Mayor Bill White, Council Member Sue Lovell, or any other council member, please click here. You will be redirected to the City of Houston eGovernment website. At the bottom of the page will be links to each individual council member's webpage.

Praise God from whom all blessings flow!!
